SHIPPING RATESINDIA All shipments within India are free of charge. All our orders within India are shipped free of cost, However We charge flat rates for all shipments to customers Outside of India. No matter how many items you purchase, a flat rate of $20.00 is charged for all International orders. **Shipping rates used for deliveries to all international customers, are based on the weight of the items ordered as well as the zone of the shipping destination.
Is there any duty on international purchase?
Any applicable Import duties of the destination country are not liable to us and borne by the customer at his end. In continental US there is no custom duty is involved.
Will there be any problems with the customs?
The dispatch is done through Indian EMS Speed Post and the Saffron shipped passes the Customs and is then further forwarded to the destination country.
How much saffron should be used generally?
Approx 50mg to 100mg per day is recommended.
Is Saffron harmful for pregnant women?
Medical advice is essential and only a qualified doctor can recommend the daily intake by an expectant woman.
Does one have fair babies if the mother consumes saffron while pregnancy?
It’s a myth and no scientific documentation is available.
Is it safe to use my credit card?
Yes the payment is collected by a secure payment gateway and none of the credit card details are shared with anyone whosoever. We utilize the latest industry standard encryption protocol (SSL) to secure your transactions. Our website is monitored 24 hours a day for any fraudulent activity.
What are the delivery charged for International orders ?
A flat rate of $20.00 is charged for all International orders.
Which Payments type do you accept?
All payments must be made in INR currency, USD is also accepted for international orders. We accept payment by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and PayPal (online Bank transfer). When paying by online bank transfer or with a PayPal account that is linked to a checking account, please remember that shipment cannot occur until after payment is received and verified. PayPal transactions take 3-4 days to verify. We cannot accommodate requests for expedited shipments for these orders.
What is payment Verification?
For your protection, our checkout system verifies credit card billing information and address information. This information must exactly match the information on file with your credit card company in order to process. As extra protection for all international customers, we may request a copy of your credit card statement for verification purposes. Please remember these and other payment verification procedures may delay the processing of your order.
International Orders: Our goal is to ship all international customer orders within two business day of payment verification. All items usually ship directly from our corporate office. We do not make partial shipments for international orders; thus all international orders will ship once all items are in stock. All international orders to customers outside of the India are shipped via standard international economy service (speed Post). Typically, customer orders are delivered after leaving our facilities within 7 to 10 business days to most metropolitan areas throughout the world. Please note that customers are responsible for payment of all duties, taxes and other import fees imposed on shipments at the time of delivery. These charges are beyond our control and vary from country to country. We encourage you to contact your local customs office for more details. These duties and taxes are paid by our carrier and customers must reimburse our carrier for these charges at the time of delivery. All shipments outside of the India, contain include a commercial invoice.

What are your delivery modes/methods?
We process customer orders every business day, Monday through Friday. Residential customer deliveries are made by our carriers Monday through Saturday. All commercial deliveries are made Monday through Friday. Our carriers do not deliver on national holidays and Sundays.
Can I choose my delivery date?
No, as all order processing takes place at our order processing center and dispatched within 2 working days, after the payment confirmation is recieved. During this preparation phase, we are unable to intervene in the dispatch of your parcel before or after the others.
Can I cancel my order even after it has been placed?
Yes, the customer can send us an email at email@example.com requesting a cancellation of the order (within 24 hours of actual order date). The amount will be reversed to the same account from where the payment was made. In case of any difficulty / delay in credit of the payment we shall extend assistance in following up with the payment gateway.
Can I change my delivery address?
Yes once the order is placed, customer can request for a change in delivery address by the start of next business day with an e-mail request. (Within 24 hours of actual order date).
Are there any hidden costs when I make a purchase?
There is no hidden cost; all our domestic orders have (free shipping). However any applicable State level duties like Octroi or Entry tax etcetera is not liable to us and borne by the customer.
What should I do if I cannot track my order online?
Your order will be processed once payment is received and verified. You should receive updates through email including an order confirmation and shipping confirmation. These emails will include details about your order including a carrier tracking number. If you do not receive your confirmation emails be sure to check your spam folder and ensure that Baby saffron is added to your safe senders list. I have received the wrong item what do I do?

What happens if I do not receive my parcel?
Complete tracking of the consignment is initiated from our end and we follow up with the courier co. till the delivery happens.
